Mobile Phones

Mobile phones play a big role in our lives. Everybody uses it and some people can not live without mobile phones. It has both advantages and disadvantages.

Using a mobile phone has many advantages. First of all it helps people communicate with friends and family members. Also, we can spend good time with it. We can play games, watch films, listen to music; we can take photos and chat. Finally, we can access to Internet via wireless media. We can learn about news quickly.

On the other hand, it has lots of disadvantages. Everybody can easily become addicted to mobile phones. If we always use it, it can damage our eyes, because they have little screens, so unfortunately we have look at their screen carefully and from a very close distance. Lastly, it can damage our health. When we start to use it, it spreads radiation.

It has many benefits but many drawbacks too. In my opinion mobile phones are very important for us because we can easily communicate with each other when we are outdoors, but we should use it carefully.

Mission

- Our writing center is founded, to help and encourage students to strengthen their personal and academic writing skills, to standardize "writing" in our school, and make it one of our priorities.


- Workshops will create a learning environment for students so that they attain a high-level of written language, where teachers will provide guidance and assistance, and peers will share knowledge.


- Students will have the opportunity to express themselves properly, to revise writing techniques and essay types, to develop analytical and critical thinking.

HOW TO PREPARE TERM PROJECTS

Standards and regulations:

Start your project by doing research
Plan your project
Give unbiased information about your research
Demonstrate your creative capabilities
Write your text comprehensibly
Consult your teacher every month
Be careful with spelling and punctuation marks
Write your project on the computer and use “Arial” font with size 12
Use Spell Check
Align the text to the left and justify the paragraphs.
Leave margins as follows: left 3, 5; right, 2; top and bottom, 3.
Leave a space of 1, 5 lines between paragraphs.
Put numbers to each page, centered at the bottom
Illustrate your project with related pictures, photos, charts, or diagrams
Write titles, subtitles and headings with capital letters
Use footnotes for reference sources
Use quotations for other people’s work or opinion
Hand in your project on time
